• Provides a link to a deeper analysis of the issues

• Analyses the key implications for managing resources
• summarises the impact on users and carers
• shows how the module links to national priorities and service frameworks

• case studies of good practice or innovation
• link to papers and examples providing more detailed information
• references to further publications

Each module can be navigated either by clicking on the toolbar at the left of the page or on any component in the title page diagram below. Helpful links are highlighted in the text to help the reader navigate between modules, look in further depth at issues or connect to other websites.
