			Learning from joint reviews in Wales: key success factors highlighted 16 June 2009 Leadership, vision and action combined with learning from service users and staff are some of the important factors that drive improvement in social services says a report published today by the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales and the Wales Audit Office.

			Joint review reveals significant challenges ahead for Gwynedd social services 16 October 2008 Gwynedd Council has made inadequate progress in developing modern social services which help vulnerable people to lead full and independent lives, and its many good intentions since the last joint review in 2001 have not been delivered.
